After receiving your inquiry, we will promptly review your medical condition and needs, and arrange a Zoom video consultation with you.

During the consultation, we will discuss your preferred treatment plan and help determine the most suitable medical center or specialized hospital for your care.

B. Service for Hospital Administration

We will assist you in contacting the hospital office and help you submit the required identification documents and medical imaging records.

We will also support you in deciding whether to have an in-person consultation or an online consultation with the specialist.

STEP 3. Medical Visa Application

We will assist you in obtaining the necessary medical documents and guide you through the online visa application process with Taiwan's Ministry of Foreign Affairs.

D. Airport / Hotel Transportation

Arrangement of scheduled transfer vehicle for the client (Maximum 4 passengers).

One-time airport & hospital pick-up & drop-off service in the hospital's city.

We assist with arranging multiple airport transfers upon request. All transportation costs are to be borne by the client.

Taiwan hotel reservation service fee (hotel fees quoted separately; to be paid by the client).

E. Medical Administrative Specialist

We assist you in understanding the medical procedures of your chosen hospital to minimize unnecessary travel and confusion.

During treatment or hospitalization, we provide attentive support and maintain close communication with the hospital administration to keep you and your family informed of medical progress.

We also assist in obtaining medical certification documents required for insurance purposes.

F. Nursing Specialist

Assist in understanding the medical process, explain treatment procedures, and help with queuing, payments, and administrative procedures.

Inpatient / hospitalization companionship: assist with all medical-related matters during hospitalization, including communication with doctors and nurses in the ward.

Transportation arrangement can be provided upon request; fees are to be covered by the client.
