Medical Administrative Specialist 醫療秘書 

We will guide you through the process of selecting hospitals and arranging necessary examinations. There are generally two types of consultations with doctors: in-person consultations and online consultations.

In-person consultation: 

You may prepare all relevant medical records and visit the hospital in person to meet with the doctor of your choice. Please note that following the consultation, additional tests, reassessments, or even treatment delays may occur—especially if your stay in Taiwan is short and immediate treatment may not be feasible.

Online consultation: 

You may first provide your medical records for review by the hospital, then schedule an online appointment with the doctor. After the consultation, you can decide whether to proceed with further examinations and enter Taiwan for treatment. This option is recommended for those seeking a second opinion, requiring long-term care, or needing to apply for a visa in advance.

專員將協助與您一同會診，協助您掌握病情，並且為您指引醫院與檢查等。與醫師會診通常有兩種方式，分別為實體會診或者線上會診。

親自前往會診：可備齊相關病例資料，並選擇希望面談之醫師當天前往醫院。須注意，會診後會有相關檢查、再評估、或者因為停留時間太短而無法立刻治療的情形。

選擇線上會診：先提供醫院醫師資料，再預約時間線上面談。討論後決定是否預約檢查並入境接受治療。建議給尋求第二建議諮詢、以及需要長期醫療過程、或者須辦理簽證者選擇此項。

Medical Administrative Support:
We provide in-hospital accompaniment and interpretation coordination, including guidance through medical procedures, assistance with queuing for payment, and handling administrative formalities. Transportation to and from medical appointments can be arranged (cost borne by the client). We also offer discharge support services.

We assist you in understanding the medical process at your chosen hospital to minimize unnecessary travel. Additionally, we help with obtaining medical documentation required for insurance claims.

Medical Progress Monitoring:
During treatment or hospitalization, we offer comprehensive care and maintain close communication with the hospital's medical office to help you and your family stay informed about your medical progress.

醫療行政協助：就醫陪同和翻譯協調，包括了解就醫流程、排隊繳費和辦理手續。安排就醫接送(費用由客戶承擔)。  出院服務支援。協助您了解您選擇醫院之醫療流程，減少來回奔波的情形發生。保險所需之醫療證明文件協辦。

醫療進度掌握：治療或者住院期間提供完善的關懷並與醫療辦公室密切聯繫，協助您與家屬了解醫療進度。

Daily Life Interpretation & Accompaniment:
Including assistance in becoming familiar with the local hospital and transportation systems.

Transportation Support:
Private car transfers can be arranged upon arrival or for medical appointments.

Assistance of Plan Change During Your Stay in Taiwan:
Support with adjusting travel or med treatment plans as needed.

Accommodation Assistance:
Help selecting short-term hotels or long-term housing options.

Dietary Preferences & Restrictions:
Support in accommodating your dietary needs and avoiding specific restrictions.

Local Shopping Support:
Recommendations and assistance for purchasing daily necessities.
