Help contacting hospitals 聯繫醫院 / 醫師

We will assist you in contacting the hospital office and submitting the required identification and medical imaging documents. Essential medical information (such as diagnosis certificates and test reports) will be organized into a case summary in Chinese or English, as required by hospitals in Taiwan.

We will also assist clients in uploading or mailing imaging or pathology slide reports according to the hospital's requirements. Additionally, we will help you decide whether to consult with the specialist through an in-person or online appointment

Note: Some specialties at certain hospitals require in-person consultations to determine the appropriate treatment plan. Decisions cannot be made based solely on existing pathology data. Moreover, even if imaging or pathology reports are available, additional tests may still be required during the in-person consultation to assess the patient's current condition.

我們將協助您聯繫醫院辦公室，並連繫您提供所需要的身分資料與病例影像資料。我們會將必要的醫療資料(如診斷證明、結果報告等)整理成臺灣醫院所接受的中文或英文病情介紹。

協助客戶按照臺灣醫院要求上傳或者郵寄影像或者病理切片報告資料。我們將協助您決定以實體會診或是線上會診來跟專家醫師會談。

注意：某些科目在某些醫院要求只能實體會診以判斷治療方案，無法以現有病理資料決定。且即使有影像或病理資料，入院會診仍需要重新安排檢查為病患做最新狀況的判讀。
