Medical companionship and interpretation coordination:
assist in understanding the medical process, explain treatment procedures, and help with queuing for payment, and administrative procedures.
Inpatient / hospitalization companionship:
assist with all medical-related matters during hospitalization, including communication with doctors and nurses in the ward.
Transportation arrangements can be provided upon request; fees are to be covered by the client.
就醫陪同及翻譯協調：瞭解就醫流程，協助講解治療流程，並進行排隊繳費、手續辦理事項。
住院陪同及翻譯協調：協助打理與安排所有住院期間之醫藥行為疑難雜症，與病房醫師護理師之溝通等。
可協助安排車輛接送，費用由客戶自行承擔。
