Help contacting hospitals / doctors 

We will assist you in contacting the hospital office and submitting the required identification and medical imaging documents. Essential medical information (such as diagnosis certificates and test reports) will be organized into a case summary in Chinese or English, as required by hospitals in Taiwan.

We will also assist clients in uploading or mailing imaging or pathology slide reports according to the hospital's requirements. Additionally, we will help you decide whether to consult with the specialist through an in-person or online appointment

Note: 

Some specialties at certain hospitals require in-person consultations to determine the appropriate treatment plan. Decisions cannot be made based solely on existing pathology data. Moreover, even if imaging or pathology reports are available, additional tests may still be required during the in-person consultation to assess the patient's current condition.
